When you choose Alliance & Leicester to provide your landlord mortgage funding, you'll be able to finance an unlimited number of investment properties, up to the portfolio limit of £3 million. You can finance either free or leasehold properties, and you won't have to pay a higher lending charge. You can qualify for buy to let financing of up to 75 percent based on your earned income alone. If you want to finance above 75 percent, you'll need earned income plus 115% of the pay rate.
